  Jess and the whole RSV team at Woodcliffe have been fantastic! Jess, the head manager, really runs things so well – she’s incredibly respected and always makes us feel welcome when we visit. You can tell she puts in a huge amount of effort to keep the pool in perfect condition, and her team follows her lead beautifully. We’ve been consistently pleased with RSV Pools and Jess’s dedication. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with how RSV handled things at the pool. They pulled their lifeguards unexpectedly three weeks early, and instead of addressing the issue constructively, they immediately blamed the lifeguards themselves for not doing a good job. I used the pool quite a bit, and I always saw the lifeguards performing their duties effectively. However, they were constantly struggling with outdated vacuum equipment – it looked like something from the 70s! What was most concerning was that there was no support or oversight from RSV management; no one ever checked in on them or offered assistance. It felt completely unfair to publicly accuse the lifeguards of letting the company down. It seemed like a completely unnecessary and poorly handled situation to me. report abuse

  I had a really great experience at the pool this summer! The RSV staff were fantastic – so helpful and friendly, especially with my kids. They were always polite and attentive, keeping a close eye on them and making sure everyone had a wonderful time. I’d absolutely be back! report abuse

  I’m really concerned about my experience at the Milestone HOA pool this summer. While I understand there’s turnover in staff, I’ve been consistently disappointed with the behavior of the guards. There’s been excessive use of inappropriate language, a lack of professionalism, and some reckless actions. Several other patrons have raised similar concerns, and unfortunately, I recently learned of a more serious issue – seeing underage individuals vaping and smoking marijuana near the pool. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire operation. report abuse

  It’s hard to believe another fantastic pool season is almost over! I want to extend a huge thank you to the entire Woodcliff lifeguard team – your dedication and hard work this summer were truly appreciated. Jess, our manager, deserves a special shout-out. She’s an amazing leader, really building a great team with her encouragement, patience, and ability to be both firm and attentive.   Woodcliffe is really well-run – Jess and EJ have done a fantastic job maintaining a consistent and reliable operation for years. They’re incredibly thorough, train the guards exceptionally well, and are always quick to address any issues that come up. It’s clear they build a strong team, especially with so many of the guards being local kids from the neighborhood who bring a great familiarity with the families. report abuse

  Honestly, I’ve been a Vista resident for a long time, and I’m really impressed with the pool staff this year. They’re so friendly and professional, and everything is kept spotless – the pool itself and the deck.   “I want to be really clear – be extremely cautious if anyone approaches you offering a lifeguard job, especially if they’re connected to RSV Pools. These guys have a history of making false promises and leaving people out of work. Worse yet, they’ll likely ask you to pay for a uniform upfront, which is a huge waste of your time and money.” report abuse
