  I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a specific product online and received a substitute without any warning or notification. While the substitute was cheaper on the website, I was still charged the original, higher price. I contacted customer service via email and phone, but my request for a refund of the difference was completely ignored. It felt like a very careless and unprofessional way to handle a customer’s order, especially as I’m new to pool supplies and needed to ensure the item was compatible with my chemicals.   “I ordered four pool floats for my kids, and they were all marked as being in stock. I received a confirmation from FedEx just the day after, but then six days later I got a message saying the order had been cancelled because they didn’t actually have the product in stock.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item expecting it to arrive by June 5th with expedited shipping, and I paid an extra $65 for 2-day delivery. It took a full three days to even ship, and they sent it via ground shipping – the standard, free option. I attempted to contact them by phone and email with no response whatsoever. I ultimately had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller – the service was completely unacceptable. report abuse

  Overall, the product itself was fantastic! However, I was a little disappointed with the packaging – it was excessively over-packed, which I’ve unfortunately experienced with this company before. They really need to step it up and use two boxes instead of one. report abuse

  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. The product I received didn't match what was advertised, and then I got the wrong replacement part twice!   I was really impressed with Hydro Pool! My old pool heater finally gave out, and I was worried I’d be waiting weeks to get a replacement. But Hydro Pool was a lifesaver – they promised delivery in two days, but the heater arrived the very next day! They even had the trucking company call me that night to let me know. The whole process was incredibly fast and efficient, and the heater arrived safely on a pallet, looking like it was handled with care. Thanks so much for your fantastic service! report abuse
