  I was really pleased with Capital Remodeling’s work on my kitchen, dining room, and bathroom windows. They looked fantastic, and the whole process – from the removal to the installation – was done incredibly quickly, all in one day! Plus, they were very thorough and cleaned up everything perfectly. Since they installed the new windows, I haven’t had any leaks and I’m absolutely loving the amazing views.   “I contacted them to get an estimate for new windows, and I scheduled it two weeks ago. Since then, they’ve been constantly calling to reschedule and double-check that my parents – who own the house – were available. Frankly, it felt incredibly intrusive and frustrating. It seemed like they were more concerned with making the situation perfect for *them* than actually providing a simple service. Honestly, it felt dismissive, especially since I’ve put a lot into my home and they didn’t seem to understand our family’s financial situation. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this business. I need a contractor who respects my time and understands my circumstances, and this company just didn’t seem to get it.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with Capital’s work on the final third of my window installation. They were fantastic – the salesman was incredibly helpful answering all my questions, and the installers did an outstanding job, truly the best of the three companies we used.   “I was really pleased with the service I received. The team arrived promptly at 8am, which I always appreciate. They were incredibly professional – greeted me with a smile, shook my hand, and clearly explained their plan right away. Two of them tackled replacing all 13 of my windows, and they were remarkably efficient and didn’t waste a single minute. I especially appreciated them not taking a lunch break, and I had to gently suggest they take a little time to refuel! After finishing the job, they cleaned up thoroughly, both inside and outside. My windows look absolutely fantastic – strong and beautiful.
