  Overall, the Pocono Park Model home we received from Zook was a good experience, despite a slight delay. Leon was fantastic to work with and made the whole process really smooth. The delivery itself was thankfully handled safely on January 4th, 2023, and Amis, the driver, was incredibly helpful and tried his best to get it to our Vermont property, though the access with his semi-truck just wasn’t possible. We’ll be arranging for a local operator with a bobcat to handle the final placement. We haven’t connected the electricity yet, so we haven't been able to fully test everything, but everything looked exactly as pictured on the website when we received it. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the project and the team involved. John was fantastic to work with – he was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and kept us fully in the loop throughout the process, especially considering the weather challenges we faced in Vermont in December. We also really appreciated the support from Matt on the sales side; he was always patient and helpful as we adjusted our plans.   “I can’t recommend Zook Cabins and Matt Albrecht and his team highly enough. From the very beginning, Matt was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us quickly and making us feel completely supported. We really appreciated the factory tour – it gave us a great sense of security and we were kept fully in the loop throughout the entire building process. The delivery and assembly were surprisingly smooth, and considering the distance from their PA factory to our property in the Catskill Mountains, they handled everything flawlessly. Honestly, the quality of the cabin itself is outstanding – it’s beautifully built, incredibly solid, and everything was installed perfectly.   “We’re absolutely thrilled – it was truly a dream come true when our new Park Cabin RV arrived! As a contractor and interior designer, I was particularly impressed with the skill of Zook’s carpenters; they really maximized the 400 square feet of space in the rancher layout.   We absolutely loved our new Zook cabin – it arrived just in time for Christmas, which was a fantastic surprise! A huge thank you to Matt, he was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was so patient and helpful, even though we hadn't met him before.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with our new Zook Cabin! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. It all began when I found their website and Allan Fisher, our sales rep, called me right away. He was so patient, answering all my questions and helping us choose the Musketeer model in the 1,008 sq ft size. We made a couple of small changes to the floor plan, like adding a side porch to include the kitchen, and Allan was instrumental in making that happen. Once we finalized the plans, Durrell Hahn, our project manager, took over, and he was just as amazing. He coordinated the delivery and set-up, and we were kept updated every step of the way as the cabin made its way across the country – it was really exciting! When it arrived, meeting the delivery team was a great experience, and then the setup crew, led by John Stoltzfus, did an incredible job putting it all together. They were so professional, friendly, and worked together seamlessly. Both Allan and Durrell were absolutely fantastic – they were there for us from the initial consultation all the way through delivery and even after to answer any questions we had. I truly consider them our “Cabin Heroes”! We’re absolutely thrilled with our new Zook Cabin. report abuse
