These windows are really impressive – they’re clearly made to a high standard and offer excellent value for the price. They’ve also been consistently praised for their quality.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I dropped off two windows for repair, removing them from my house in the process, and was given no information about how long the work would take. Most concerningly, I never received my windows back and wasn’t contacted when they wouldn’t be completed as originally promised. Overall, I’m very unhappy with the lack of communication and the unresolved issue.
