  I can’t recommend Qualified Roofing enough! From the initial contact all the way through the work, they were fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. They expertly addressed a bunch of issues with my old slate roof and did it at a price that was fantastic. I especially loved how they took the time to explain everything they were doing. And even better, two years later, when a new leak popped up – completely different from the original problem – they were able to get me in right away, even the day after Thanksgiving!   “I was really impressed with this guy! I had a leak developing in my old wood stove pipe, and I let him know I’m usually at work. He was totally understanding and said he’d take a look when I wasn’t around. I was worried about the water damage, and there were also a bunch of other issues – no vents and birds nesting in the roof. He thoroughly checked everything out, sent me lots of photos with a detailed explanation of all the problems. We even talked about scheduling a time to meet in person, but I felt so comfortable with him that I accepted the estimate over the phone, which was incredibly fair. He started the job right away and finished it within two days – and to top it all off, he fixed the leak for free when he was wrapping up! Honestly, it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job without any added stress. It was a really positive experience.” report abuse
