Nichole was amazing – she was so thorough during the initial home evaluation and really took the time to address all my questions, even when I had a ton of them! She was also incredibly helpful navigating the insurance process, which was a bit complicated, and I really appreciated her patience and understanding. Once I chose the flooring, she made the whole ordering and installation process a complete breeze. And the installation crew – Uriel, Martin, and Hector – were just incredible! They were so efficient and precise, getting the job done in almost two days for nearly 100 sq ft of flooring. They were professional, answered all my questions, and paid attention to every detail. The pricing was great, and I especially appreciated how Nichole managed to find a nearly perfect match for the original wood floors in my living areas. It was amazing that she was able to match the existing wood so well! The bedrooms got a much-needed upgrade with new carpeting, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job with the bathroom.
