  “My wife and I recently tackled a huge project – completely redoing the floors in our 2600 square foot house. We visited several flooring stores, but weren’t finding anything that really fit our vision of a dark brown hardwood. Then we discovered Forever Floors, and we were so impressed! They showed us a fantastic selection of Mohawk’s Knotted Chestnut samples, and helped us find the perfect one. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, and thankfully, our order wasn’t immediately available, but they kept us constantly updated. Once it arrived, their installers, led by Jose and his crew, got right to work. They even moved all of our furniture for us, which was a huge relief. The job was finished in just four days – they were fast, professional, and made the entire process look incredibly easy. Honestly, we have tons of flooring options right here in Fort Worth, but we’d drive all the way to Garland to do business with Forever Floors again. You can tell they have a real team with a lot of experience, and they truly know how to deliver the results you’re looking for. I wholeheartedly recommend them!” report abuse

  Overall, the experience was a bit frustrating. The installers did a solid job with the laminate flooring, and it looks fantastic. However, there were a couple of issues that really stood out. They left some noticeable marker marks on the floor while measuring, and I was surprised to find they hadn’t discussed the need for priming – I hadn’t been informed that the floors would be delivered primed. Adding to that, there was a misunderstanding about the AC. It turned out the installers were running it while they were working, and although they apologized when they realized it needed fixing, they continued to use it after it was repaired. Despite the hiccups, the team were pleasant enough, but I wouldn’t necessarily choose them again due to the communication issues and unforeseen circumstances. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Connie and her team. They were incredibly thorough – from the initial estimate, which was very detailed, right through to the finished job. Honestly, I’ve been struggling to find contractors who provide such clear upfront information, and I’ve often found them adding on extra fees later. These guys were completely professional and took great care of everything. The floor really brightened up my room and they left no mess behind.   “We were so thrilled with our new flooring from Forever Floors! We’d initially been looking at engineered hardwood to replace our bamboo, but Nicole was fantastic – she really took the time to understand what we were looking for in terms of durability and wear. Ultimately, she steered us towards a different option that was both cost-effective and perfectly met our needs. Nicole was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. And don’t even get me started on Uriel and his team! They were incredibly professional, kept us completely in the loop about everything they were doing, and even let us know about any minor repairs they needed to make. Plus, they were incredibly meticulous about cleaning up every day, and did a final cleaning once it was all done.   Overall, we’re really happy with the new engineered hardwood floors. The quality of the product and the service we received were fantastic. Wes Garlin was a huge help – he was so professional and really took the time to understand what would look best in our house, and we got a great deal without any pushy sales tactics.
