  Mark and M&S Construction did an absolutely fantastic job on our new driveway! We called him on Monday, June 17th around 10 AM, and he was luckily in the area. They completed the 266’ x 10’ driveway by 4 PM that same day – incredibly efficient! The whole team was so courteous and friendly, and we’re really thrilled with the quality of their work. It’s already made a huge difference, and we’re so happy with the result.   I hired M&S to install a driveway, hoping to create a space for my family to enjoy. Mark gave me a quick estimate and the job was completed relatively fast, which was great initially. However, after two summers, the asphalt hasn’t cured properly – it’s still soft and leaves deep marks. Worse, water regularly floods my garage because the pitch wasn’t high enough, and Mark has completely ignored my attempts to get the problem fixed. I’ve contacted him repeatedly, but he just sends empty promises, saying he’ll “take a look soon,” which is always too late. Now, two years later, the asphalt is still unusable, and Mark even offered to drop his response if I deleted my review. This is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I’m filing a formal complaint and strongly advise anyone considering this company to do thorough research and explore other options – you’ll likely end up losing money and a lot of frustration. report abuse
