“I wholeheartedly recommend J P Heating – they’ve been fantastic! They were super responsive, offered fair prices, and most importantly, did a really excellent job.”

“I had to schedule an emergency appointment, and was initially quoted $125 for a 30-minute diagnostic. The technician was very efficient and was actually only in our home for about 20 minutes. However, they charged us for the labor alone, which I found completely unacceptable. When I tried to discuss this, I was essentially told I was paying for their mistake and that there was nothing they could do about it. It was incredibly frustrating to be told I had to pay for an employee error – I’ve never been treated this way before. While one of the gentlemen who came to our home was very polite, the whole experience felt like a scam, and frankly, no different than being deceived by anyone else.”
