They took a really complicated situation and communicated with him and me, even though I live four hours away, keeping me fully informed every step of the way. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares like this, and I’m incredibly grateful they were able to get my father so toasty warm and comfortable.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Classic. We had a new furnace and central air installed back in July 2021, and frankly, it’s been a nightmare ever since. Despite multiple visits and interventions from the owner, David Tallman, the system is still malfunctioning. We’re stuck with two separate thermostats that need to be rewired every time we switch between heat and air, and it’s clear they lack the expertise to properly install and maintain the system. To make matters worse, David Tallman’s behavior was completely unacceptable. He responded to my concerns with a threatening attitude, and I felt utterly belittled. It’s upsetting to see someone with such a poor attitude representing the company, and I truly feel sorry for his employees who are trying to provide decent service under these circumstances. I’m left with a completely unresolved issue and will now need to hire a specialist to fix the mess Classic created. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  “I really regret spending $4,500 on a new furnace with this company. Since it was installed, I’ve had constant problems – it keeps turning off and leaving my house freezing. They’ve had to come out four times now to fix it, and honestly, I would absolutely recommend going with a different company.” report abuse

  I was so pleased with the service I received from Dave. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my cabin’s water system – it turned out the previous winterizer had unexpectedly passed away, leaving a lot of unfinished work. Dave expertly handled the older well pump issue, getting my cottage back up and running efficiently and at a very fair price. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated his respectful and professional approach, and I’ll definitely be using Classic Plumbing & Heating for any future needs. report abuse
