  “I was extremely disappointed with this surveying company. Despite ultimately receiving a plat that met my basic requirements, the process was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. They repeatedly failed to follow my clear instructions – specifically, not to include any agricultural land in the survey, a request I made multiple times. Furthermore, the attitude I received when I raised my concerns was dismissive and frankly, rude. It took numerous calls and emails to correct the issues, and even then, the final plat still contained unwanted elements. The owner’s response was particularly concerning, bordering on gaslighting, especially given that I had clearly communicated the survey was for estate planning purposes, a matter of significant personal importance to my family. To add to the frustration, there was also an issue with the sharing of our private information, including details about our septic system. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this company.” report abuse

  “I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys more! Their family’s been running this business since 1955 – nearly 70 years – and they’ve built an incredible reputation for treating people right. I used them for a survey about a decade ago and while I couldn’t locate the results, they went above and beyond. I left a voicemail after hours, and the next morning, their son had already found my documents and emailed them to me right away for my Austin homestead project. They’re truly worth their weight in gold, and I’m confident they’ll do a fantastic job on your project – just schedule with them!” report abuse
