“I was incredibly frustrated with the experience. The survey was completely inaccurate, and it led to a really difficult and lengthy dispute with the city – we spent six months battling over a boundary issue that turned out to be a significant error – nearly five feet off. We invested a huge amount of time and money trying to correct their mistake, and unfortunately, we didn’t even receive an apology. Honestly, their performance was unacceptable and completely incompetent.”
-
“The response time to our initial proposal was unfortunately quite slow, and I was a little disappointed with the interaction during our discussions. There seemed to be some disorganization within the management team, and I felt they could benefit from some training on how to best communicate with potential clients.”
-
“I was really concerned a couple of days ago when I saw a man digging a hole in my front yard. I went out to investigate, and he claimed he was surveying the neighboring property. The fact that he started digging without even letting me know or asking for permission was incredibly unsettling. He hadn’t found anything and then admitted he might need to dig another hole on my property. It was completely unacceptable that he was trespassing and damaging my yard without my consent – it felt incredibly unprofessional and frankly, quite alarming.”
-
“I had a really positive experience overall with Texas Land Surveying. Nicole and her team were fantastic – professional, punctual, and did a great job. However, I wanted to mention that Jereme Parsons, the crew chief on my project, wasn’t quite up to par. Despite being experienced, he seemed a little unhappy and it impacted the workflow. I’d definitely recommend Texas Land Surveying, but please request a different crew chief if possible.”
-
“Honestly, this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had working for a company. There was a serious lack of organization, the equipment was very outdated, and unfortunately, we didn’t even receive basic employee benefits.”
-
“Nicole and her team were absolutely amazing! They stepped in at the last minute to fulfill a critical permit review item, and they got it done the same day. Seriously impressed – 6 stars!”
-
“I was a little disappointed with the pricing – it was significantly higher than anticipated. Also, there was a delay in receiving the survey; it arrived nearly a week later than the promised date of the 18th.”
-
“I submitted a request on a Friday and then had to follow up by phone on Wednesday morning. Unfortunately, I never received a return call.”
-
“Overall, I was really impressed – a very professional experience, and I’d absolutely use their services again.”
