  “The job was completed in the fall, but unfortunately, the team seemed less experienced. They didn't ask me to take down the screens themselves, and they ended up damaging them quite badly – pulling them off with a force that caused a lot of damage. As a result, I’m now dealing with insects coming through the windows and, of course, the added cost of having to replace all the screens.” report abuse

  I’m so incredibly disappointed with this company. Their service was completely unacceptable – overpriced, the employees were incredibly rude, and the work itself was very poor quality. I ended up having to hire someone else to redo the job entirely, and they only charged me 60% of what the original company charged me! Seriously, avoid them. report abuse

  “I unfortunately had a really negative experience with this painter. I wouldn’t recommend them – there are definitely better options out there for the price. They completely disregarded the agreed-upon scope of work, painting on the floors and failing to paint the closets and ceilings as promised. Worse still, they didn't stick to the timeline, taking nearly two weeks to finish the job, and didn’t document anything in writing. Seriously, get everything in writing before you hire them.” report abuse

  I was really frustrated with this appointment. I’d scheduled it for 2 PM, but they called to reschedule due to traffic and offered 3 PM, which I accepted. I arrived on time at 3 PM, but they never showed up! They kept delaying me, saying they’d be there in 10 minutes, then another 15! I ended up losing a whole hour of my work time – it was completely unacceptable and I won’t be booking with them again. report abuse

  “The service was really disorganized and chaotic, leaving a terrible mess. There was a lot of frustrated complaining, even in Spanish, and I had to bite my tongue to avoid getting involved in the arguments with the neighbors.” report abuse

  Seriously, don’t waste your time with Mario. He completely blew us off the appointment and then tried to fabricate a story about being early and unanswered. I wouldn't recommend working with him. report abuse
