  I was really pleased with Quality Window & Glass Repair. The technician did a fantastic job – he managed to get the replacement glass quickly and at a better price than I received from other companies.   I was incredibly frustrated with my experience. Mourad didn't show up for our 9am appointment, and I received no communication whatsoever – not a call to let me know he was delayed, and certainly no cancellation. The lack of any contact was completely unacceptable, and frankly, the customer service was very poor. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them at all. report abuse

They were the first to respond to my quote request and even came out the same day to assess the damage. They kept me updated throughout the process, letting me know exactly when the glass would arrive and scheduling the installation just one week later. The repairman was fantastic – really skilled, his work was perfect, and he was incredibly friendly, even greeting my excited puppy!   “We were so pleased with this company! Mourad was fantastic – he responded to our call within two hours and was incredibly polite and professional. He carefully assessed our sliding glass door and, surprisingly, just needed to clean it and apply some WD-40! He took care of everything himself, completely free of charge. He followed up two days later to fix the broken window, and everything was done promptly and to our satisfaction. The pricing was really fair, and Mourad was just a pleasure to work with.
