  Greg did a fantastic job – he was so easy to work with and clearly really knew his stuff. He was incredibly responsive, even rearranging his schedule to come out the same week we needed him, thanks to the shift in our walk-through date. His reports were really well-written and covered everything thoroughly, and he brought up some important details we hadn’t even considered during the walkthrough.   Greg was fantastic to work with – we were first-time homebuyers and honestly, a little overwhelmed by the whole process, so we really appreciated his expertise. Our Redfin agent recommended him, and we were immediately impressed with his background as a licensed structural engineer and how clear and informative his website was. He was also just really easy to talk to and understood exactly what we needed. He inspected our property on Friday morning and got us the full report by Saturday – we only spent about three hours with him on-site.
