  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from O’Connor Plumbing. We had a really frustrating situation with a slow overnight leak that quickly escalated into a major mess. They responded incredibly fast – within the hour – and Jeff was there to fix it within an hour. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and was just a really nice guy.   I was really impressed with O’Connor and Evelyn’s service. Our old garbage disposal finally gave out last week, and they got Fred out to my house the same afternoon. He was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job – not only did he replace the disposal, but he also discovered the drains were completely clogged and took care of that for free! Then, he even found a small drip in our faucet that we hadn't noticed before. He followed up a few days later to install a new faucet we purchased ourselves, and everything is working perfectly now. Fred and O’Connor provided top-notch service, and I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need anything fixed in the future. report abuse

  Austin was fantastic – truly a professional and considerate guy who was incredibly helpful. He kept me well-informed and even offered some great advice on preventative maintenance.   Spencer was fantastic – we were so pleased with his work! He tackled three jobs for us, including installing new toilet and shower hardware and fixing a water leak, and he did a truly outstanding job.   O’Connor Plumbing has been fantastic for us. We’ve had a few plumbing issues over the last couple of years – everything from burst pipes to replacing our main shut-off valve and moving an existing pipe – and they’ve always handled everything with such professionalism. They’re really knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and get the job done quickly, plus they always clean up thoroughly after themselves. I wholeheartedly recommend them. report abuse

  Steve was fantastic – really professional and took the time to get the job done right. He called ahead, arrived promptly, and took care to protect our floors. We had a tricky issue with a slow master bath drain impacting the toilet, sink, shower, and tub. He started with a plunger, but that didn’t solve it, and then he skillfully used a power auger to finally clear the blockage. report abuse

  Laurie was absolutely thrilled with Donnie and Cody’s work. They came to her apartment to address some long-standing plumbing problems, and they were incredibly professional and friendly. They quickly resolved her shower issue, a problem that had persisted for months, and even identified other issues throughout her plumbing system that she hadn't been aware of.
