  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Next Level’s work. They did a fantastic job installing our new roof, and it looks exactly as we envisioned. We did have a small issue with a damaged gutter initially, but they addressed it immediately and efficiently.   I was really excited to get started on my kitchen project after finding NLH through a recommendation. They were incredibly responsive initially, quickly sending someone out to assess my basement and providing an immediate quote. The team that came out was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable, which was a great first impression. However, once I’d secured all the materials and supplies, I reached out to move forward, and that’s when things completely fell apart. I received no response whatsoever, despite multiple attempts over the following two weeks. While one contractor mentioned someone was working on it, I heard nothing. With my move just around the corner, I was left completely in the dark with a huge investment of money and no plan. Ultimately, I had to hire another contractor to get the ball rolling – and for half the price! It was a really frustrating experience, and I’m so disappointed with the lack of communication from NLH. They were great to talk to at the beginning, but after that, it was like they disappeared. I’m giving them four stars only because of their initial friendliness and expertise. report abuse
