  I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience. I bought a fairly costly door, and it arrived with a completely unacceptable, oddly-shaped hole around the lock. The company assured me the doors were pre-cut before shipping, and the installer just handles the installation. While the installer did a solid job, the whole situation raises serious concerns about their quality control processes. I spent an unbelievable amount of time just trying to get someone to address the issue – I bounced between the installer, the salesperson, and eventually the customer service team before finally getting through to them. It’s baffling why a door would leave their warehouse without proper quality checks, and even more concerning that they didn't inform me about the cut. Honestly, the amount of effort I had to put in to get a simple cover for this mistake is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid. This is the third door I’ve purchased from this company, and it’s likely the last – I’ll definitely be looking at competitors going forward. To add to the problem, I was promised a call back on Monday, but it wasn’t until Thursday that I received a response, and then it took another two weeks for someone to even look at the issue.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the work they did – it was incredibly fast and efficient, and my new door looks fantastic! It’s amazing – I’ve been waiting twenty years to have it done. The only small thing I would have added, considering the cost, would have been a rubber hand protector for the handle, as it gets a lot of sun. But honestly, they did a wonderful job overall, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects.” report abuse

From getting our quote to having our new door installed today, the entire process was completely seamless. Shaye was always so quick and thorough in answering our questions, and he even came out to the house twice to help us pick the perfect color and design. We were able to get a fantastic price that fit our budget. To top it all off, the door was installed faster than we anticipated – a huge bonus! But beyond the beautiful door itself, I want to give a huge shout-out to the incredible team at [Company Name]. From Mike C. who helped me with the sale, to Liz in the CAD department, Jamie with scheduling, and the amazing installers Jorge and Eddie – and especially their supervisor John – who stayed until 7:30 p.m. last night despite the rain and cold. They were truly professional and left my house spotless with absolutely no need for any touch-ups. This was a substantial project, and I’m so impressed with the quality of the door, especially that it’s proudly made in America right here in Gilbert, AZ.
