  “Overall, I was really disappointed with the work done. They left the trench open, with exposed wires – even though they were capped, it just felt incredibly unsafe. Then, they only partially filled the trench, leaving a four-inch gap that’s a real tripping hazard. Frankly, it felt unprofessional, especially considering we paid $1500 for a professional job. The biggest issue was that they broke two of my waterlines, and while they’re being fixed in a couple of weeks, there was no apology or commitment to prevent this kind of mistake. It took nearly a week just to get an estimate, and we had to call them several times to get it. It just felt like they weren’t taking our concerns seriously.” report abuse
