Honestly, I was really disappointed with the work done. They left the trench they’d dug open, with exposed wires – even though they were capped, it still felt incredibly unsafe. I was particularly concerned, especially with my puppy around. They only partially filled the trench, leaving it about four inches deep, which is a serious trip hazard. I hired this company expecting a professional job, and I was shocked that they gave the excuse that they were just removing my grass. It felt completely unacceptable to leave the trench open like that. To add to the problem, they also broke two of my waterlines, and they didn’t even offer an apology or explain how they were going to fix it. Getting the initial estimate took nearly a week of multiple calls – it just felt incredibly disorganized and unprofessional.
