    “The inspector visited in late February and flagged three of our extinguishers as non-compliant, promising to replace them and issue an invoice. Unfortunately, we failed the subsequent inspection 40 days later, and I ended up having to purchase and install the new extinguishers myself.” report abuse

    “We had a scheduled inspection with Amber for the fire sprinkler system, but unfortunately, no one arrived. This was a critical appointment for a client who had prepared and was relying on it. We attempted to contact the company, but received no response. It’s concerning that they were purchased from Hammerhead and that the previous inspection, which should have been valid for another five years, couldn’t be accessed due to Metro’s lack of access to the company records.” report abuse

    I was extremely disappointed with this company’s lack of regard for safety. They seemed to believe they were exempt from OSHA regulations, specifically allowing wheeled equipment to be used on sensitive restaurant equipment. This resulted in some of my heavy machinery falling and sustaining damage – a direct consequence of their reckless approach. There was absolutely no accountability taken, and I cannot recommend using their services. I won't be returning. report abuse
