  “We recently used Everything Residential to renovate our master and guest bathrooms, and while the work itself looked great, we encountered a few surprises. It’s really important to read the contract carefully – specifically, to make sure you understand everything before you sign. They tend to add things like ‘we’ll handle that’ into the contract, so be sure to ask for clarification and get it removed if you’re not comfortable with it.” report abuse
