  Kevin and Lynn H. were incredibly pleased with East Valley Painters. Larry provided a fair estimate, and they did an absolutely fantastic job painting the exterior and interior of their brick home. They even accommodated a request to have two doors replaced after the initial paint job was completed, and Larry is scheduled to take care of those as well. Kevin and Lynn are definitely going to hire them again and plan to recommend them to anyone needing a great paint job, plus they appreciate the warranty they offered! report abuse

  Honestly, I’ve had such a frustrating time dealing with contractors in the past, and hiring a painting company was particularly stressful. I was so worried about the cost – I just received one quote that was way too high. Luckily, I found East Valley Painters, and I’m so glad I did! I was still a bit hesitant at first, but Larry was fantastic. He thoroughly assessed the job, explained everything they’d include, and I waited for his estimate. When it arrived, I was blown away – it was incredibly competitive! Even though I was still nervous about finding a licensed company, I took a chance, and I’m so happy I did. They absolutely delivered! They did everything they promised, and when I had a small concern, they took care of it immediately.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with East Valley Painters. Larry gave me a really clear quote, and Joe and John did a wonderful job painting and taking care of some needed repairs on my house. They were thorough, explaining everything and even walked me through the finished work, answering all my questions. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results – the house looks fantastic!   Honestly, this was a really difficult experience. The contractor was consistently late and only put in partial effort. It came to a point where they were rushing to finish and, unfortunately, they made a huge mess – painting the door knobs and floor, and leaving trash everywhere. We had to let them go. Because of the incredibly poor quality of their initial work, they essentially had to start over with a completely new team. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think very carefully before proceeding; it’s best to avoid a lot of frustration and wasted time. report abuse
