  Danny did a fantastic job getting our pool back in shape! We had a repair needed at the waterfall and the auto-fill system was leaking, and he handled everything really well.   Danny was fantastic – really professional and easy to work with. I reached out to him unexpectedly during Christmas week, and he responded promptly and kept me updated as promised.   Gilbert Pools did an absolutely fantastic job fixing the crack in my pool wall – it was caused by a tree branch and they got it done incredibly quickly. The repair looks fantastic and I’m really confident it’s solid. Plus, they were fantastic to work with, with great communication and very reasonable pricing.   Danny’s approach to the business could use some refinement. He relies heavily on Miguel and Martin for actually handling the sales and operations, and it seems he’s primarily focused on collecting the revenue. He also tends to push for upsells, which isn’t always the most effective sales strategy. report abuse
