Kyle really listens to your needs, and Sarah, the designer, consistently creates stunning design boards that bring your vision to life.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Capital Mark – they completely blew us away! From the very beginning, Kyle, our contractor, was exceptional. He runs his business with incredible efficiency, and we were moved into our new home a few days ahead of schedule, which is just unheard of in this industry. Kyle was so patient, kind, and professional, and he genuinely listened to our ideas and concerns. It was clear that all of his team – including the subcontractors – shared that same commitment to excellent customer service. Everyone was always so helpful and friendly. David was also fantastic, incredibly patient and understanding. Sarah was a true design expert, guiding us through the whole process with great advice. And Cody? He was in a league of his own when it came to customer service – going above and beyond to help us, even helping us put things back together after the demo. Patrick from the demo team was equally wonderful, keeping the house spotless. The final result is absolutely stunning – everyone comments on the quality of the work, and we got a fantastic deal overall.   “We’re still absolutely thrilled with the kitchen Capital Mark did for us back in 2013 – it’s been amazing! Of course, things can age over time, and we recently had a minor issue with a cabinet hinge. But Kyle from Capital Mark responded incredibly quickly, came out to fix it within days, and even gave us some extra hinges as a courtesy. It’s fantastic to see they still stand behind their work and products after all these years. Kyle was also fantastic to work with – he really helped us design our kitchen and gave us the space we needed to make all the decisions. Everything was done on schedule and to a really high standard.   Honestly, finding a reliable remodeling company was a huge weight off our minds – Capital Mark completely delivered. We needed to renovate two and a half bathrooms, and after meeting with several other firms, we knew we’d found the right team. Company 1 dissolved before we could even sign a contract, Company 2’s designs were bland and used cheap materials, and Company 3’s prices just kept going up. From the start, the team – led by Kyle, David, and Sarah – was fantastic. They were incredibly thorough, giving us detailed, upfront estimates that didn’t change once we signed the contract. Sarah, in particular, was a brilliant interior designer; she really understood our style and helped us create beautiful, functional spaces. The team was incredibly organized, sticking to the project schedule they provided and even finishing the job two days ahead of schedule! And the quality of the work was outstanding. The installation team, especially Cody, was fantastic – they paid meticulous attention to detail, and the finished product is truly stunning. We couldn't be happier with the result.   “We absolutely love our new kitchen – it’s truly our dream space, and we wholeheartedly recommend Capital Mark Interiors to anyone considering a design and build remodel. From start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Kyle was incredible; he was so open and honest with us, and his communication was impeccable. He really took the time to set a realistic schedule, and amazingly, the project was finished a day ahead of schedule! When we were feeling a little disheartened with our initial design options, Sarah completely turned things around. She came to our home and immediately had a brilliant new design that solved all of our problems – and it was surprisingly affordable too. She was also so helpful guiding us through all the little details. Rob and Pat were just wonderful to have around; they were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job with the construction. They were always happy to answer our questions and offered some great suggestions when we needed them, and we were really impressed with how tidy they kept the worksite, even after hours. We also want to give a huge shout-out to Jason, who did a brilliant job with the floors and baseboards – you can really see he takes pride in his work! And everything else – the plumbing, electrical, paint, cabinets, and countertops – all came together perfectly, which really shows the strong relationships Kyle has with his subcontractors.
