  Overall, I was really pleased with the work TRM did on my walk deck – they actually call it an uncovered balcony, which I just found out! Nick was fantastic; he was super responsive and clearly explained everything that needed to be done, and I received a detailed quote quickly. The project took a few days, as expected with the curing process, but Boynton, the technician who did the work, was incredibly professional and did a really excellent job.   “Nick and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our roof. We had a really tough situation – a flat roof with leaks caused by a previous contractor, and they tackled it head-on. They were incredibly professional, always punctual, and so responsive to any questions we had. Vic, in particular, is amazing at his work; he completely sealed the leak around the old chimney, and now it’s perfectly seamless.   TRM did an absolutely fantastic job with my roof replacement. They started the project on a Monday and were incredibly efficient, having removed almost all the old tiles from the south side of my house by the end of the day. What really gave me confidence was their reassurance that my house was waterproof, especially with the rain forecast. And thankfully, it rained heavily for four days – Tuesday through Thursday – and I had absolutely no leaks! Their workmanship was exceptional, and they were so meticulous with their clean-up each day.
