  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Nick and the whole TRM Roofing team did for us. They were absolutely fantastic – incredibly honest and went above and beyond to make things right when they accidentally cut our gas line. They immediately took responsibility, covered all the repair costs, and even arranged for the final inspection with the town. The whole thing was fixed within 48 hours! We’d used them before for a roof repair, and now they’ve replaced our entire roof, and we’re so impressed. They communicate really well, and the quality of their work is outstanding. It’s the little things too – they sent us a bag of chocolate chip cookies after every service, which was a really nice touch! Nick was so apologetic about the disruption with our hot water, and he even gave us a gift card to The Cheesecake Factory to make up for it. Honestly, his initial bid was significantly lower than we anticipated, and he offered a really generous discount because of our previous work with them. They completed the underlayment replacement in early 2022, and it’s been three years with no issues whatsoever – including fixing a small leak they identified. I’ve been monitoring the area with cameras and moisture meters, and everything’s been dry. What really stood out was how quickly they got started and how competitive their pricing was. From the initial contact to the inspection itself, TRM was fantastic. Nick arrived on time, was incredibly polite and professional, and quickly got to work. He thoroughly examined the roof and, surprisingly, told me it was in great shape—still had plenty of life left, likely over 10 years! What really stood out was their honesty and integrity.
