“I had five window screens and a screen door replaced, and it took them about three hours to complete the job. The final bill came to $213.89, with $44 going towards materials and $166 for labor – which included a 10% discount. However, when I picked up my items, I discovered a rip in the screen door and a tear in one of the window screens. While the company was apologetic and offered to repair the damaged screen, given the thirty-five minute drive, I decided not to pursue the repair and won’t be returning for future services.”
