  Gary and GK General Construction are absolutely fantastic! I’ve used him twice now, most recently for a completely new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in our backyard, and he did an incredible job. He’s always so reliable – prompt, fair, and incredibly thorough. He recently did three renovations for my mother, including a full gut and rebuild of her house, which involved everything from new flooring and windows to a walk-in shower and all sorts of general fixes. He even took care of some little details I hadn’t even considered! Honestly, if you need any work done, you absolutely have to reach out to Gary – you won’t be disappointed. report abuse

  GK Construction did an absolutely fantastic job installing our new french doors. They really paid attention to the details – the stucco work, adjusting the door frame, and even patching everything up – and the finished product looked absolutely perfect. Gary was a pleasure to work with; he was always very clear and straightforward, and we never had any unexpected surprises. His crew was reliable, showed up on time every day, and completed the project within the agreed-upon timeframe. We felt really comfortable with the price, too.   Gary was fantastic to work with – he really went above and beyond when we needed a lot of work done. He was able to drop everything and do a quick walkthrough of our ideas, and he even gave us an immediate estimate. A week later, he sent over a formal quote, and it was incredibly reasonable. We had a huge project – removing a wall to combine two closets, replacing all the carpet with laminate, drywall for the garage, and building a new closet – and he tackled it all! He and his crew finished the job in about six days, and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. When we ran into a problem with a beam, he immediately presented me with different options and pricing, and his recommendation was exactly what we wanted. Gary really listened to my concerns and made sure I was happy with the progress. Honestly, my house looks amazing, and we got a great price for the work.   Gary and his team did an absolutely amazing job transforming the little shed at the back of our property into a beautiful extension. Honestly, it was in pretty rough shape – leaning badly with a leaky roof and doors that needed constant propping. They were incredible at repairing the structure and completely renovated it with a new roof, windows, and siding that perfectly matched the house. It’s astonishing what they were able to do without having to take everything down. Now it looks fantastic – a real asset to the property. I’d definitely use them again! report abuse
