  Grand Banks truly went above and beyond for me. I was struggling to find a replacement hinge for a particularly unusual cabinet door, and after spending nearly 90 minutes online with no luck, I took it to their store. Their knowledgeable and helpful kitchen sales team quickly identified the part and ordered it for me – it was fantastic to see a store specializing in windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms take such a personal interest in a relatively small issue like a $10 hinge.
