Initially, I was really concerned by the workers’ behavior towards our neighbors and their dismissive response when asked to lower the music – it was definitely disruptive and unprofessional. However, I was really impressed with the owner’s quick response and genuine apology. It’s fantastic to see someone so invested in resolving issues and ensuring good relationships with both customers and the surrounding community.
