“We absolutely loved our remodel with Nick and Sterling Homes! It went really smoothly overall, and Nick really stepped in to resolve a small issue with the electrician, which we greatly appreciated. We’re thrilled with our new home and would definitely recommend Nick and Sterling Homes to anyone!”
-
“Working with Sterling Homes, and specifically Nick, was a fantastic experience. He was so incredibly thorough and attentive, always making sure we were kept in the loop and responding promptly to any questions we had. What really stood out was his eye for detail – he really considered both the overall look and feel of the project, as well as those smaller, important details that can make a big difference.”
-
Nick did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the space for our father. He really went above and beyond, handling everything from the full kitchen remodel and new flooring to updating the doors and plumbing and electrical systems. He even took care of some extra details like installing ceiling fans and moving the bedroom door – it all looks and feels brand new! We were consistently impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, and how well he kept us informed throughout the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend him!

Nick and his team were fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding; they really took the time to explain everything clearly and kept us fully informed throughout the whole remodel of our home. You could tell they were professional and reliable, always punctual and delivering exactly what they promised.

“I’m really concerned to hear that some of the subcontractors Nick hired haven’t been paid. I’ve spoken with a few of them directly, and it’s clear they believe Nick paid him for the whole project back in February. We’ve made sure to pay Nick in full, so hopefully this can be resolved quickly.”
-
“We’ve been trying to get paid for the bathtub repair Bernie and Nick had us do back in May, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. We’ve been hearing the same excuses repeatedly about when payment will be issued, primarily from Nick. It’s really stalled the process.”
-
“I was incredibly impressed with this team. They really stepped up and expertly navigated all the changes we threw their way throughout the project. The final results – especially the beautiful kitchen, fantastic floors, and completely revamped laundry room – exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be working with them again.”
-
“I can’t recommend Sterling Homes highly enough. I’ve worked with several general contractors over the last 14 years, and he’s absolutely the best I’ve encountered. He’s incredibly detail-oriented, and he’s always eager to take on new projects and a good challenge.”
-
“Overall, the renovation of the open den was fantastic! Nick and Sterling Homes did a great job transforming the space into a solid wall – they completed the project on time and we’re really pleased with the result.”
-
“Nick from Sterling Homes and Construction was fantastic to work with. He was so helpful and knowledgeable, really took the time to understand what we wanted for our kitchen remodel, and guided us through all the options in a professional and really supportive way.”
