“We had a significant issue with this mobile – the storm door wasn’t sealing properly, which caused a real leak. Brian reported this clearly in his repair request, and he felt it was important to note that a storm door was needed to address the problem.”

Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this 2021 home. It’s baffling how they were able to pass inspection and still sell it – it feels like there were some serious issues that weren’t disclosed. The price we paid seemed way too high considering the problems we’ve already uncovered, like the pipes under the sink.
-
“Dealing with this company was incredibly frustrating. It seemed like they were consistently overlooking basic features – they hadn’t even implemented ‘not on work order’ which is a standard requirement. It was strange that they didn't require me to specify cabinets as a standard feature in the purchase order, yet they failed to deliver them correctly. Overall, a really disappointing experience.”

I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience. Moving into my new home in September was already stressful, and then I discovered that both of my kitchen counters are cracked and bent. It’s clear there’s been a significant breakdown in fulfilling promises and providing adequate customer service.

“We really appreciate Michelle’s incredible support since we moved into our new home on October 1st, 2022. She was fantastic – especially regarding the ceiling cracks, and she advised us to wait until the last month of our warranty to file a claim, which we followed. ”
-
Honestly, I would strongly advise against using this company. We’ve had some really serious issues with our home – it’s starting to feel like it’s falling apart, and the quality of their work was just terrible. I could go on and on about all the problems, but it would take forever to detail everything.
-
Honestly, I couldn’t recommend a Cavco home to anyone. The customer service was absolutely awful – they didn’t even bother with a final walkthrough seven months after I’d completed the purchase and paid in full. I would definitely not buy another one.
-
“We were incredibly disappointed with our experience with Cavco. The delay in receiving our home – it wasn't delivered until October instead of June – was frustrating enough, but when it finally arrived, we discovered a huge number of issues with the construction. ”
-
“This family has been incredibly frustrated, and frankly, it’s been a terrible ordeal. They purchased their home with Cavco back in May 2019 and, despite paying in full with cash, they didn’t receive their home until July 2020 – over a year’s delay. They’re understandably concerned about the quality of the home now, given the significant delay.”
-
“We’ve unfortunately had a really frustrating experience with our new Cavco home. The lights we received have been incredibly unreliable, only lasting about two months each – it’s been a constant issue since we moved in. While they’ve offered replacement lights, we’d really prefer to have the newer models, as we’ve been dealing with this problem since day one, and we felt somewhat dismissed and treated rudely during our attempts to resolve it.”
