  “I was really pleased with the whole house insulation project we had done through the Mass Save program. My friend recommended Northeast Home & Energy, and I’m so glad they were the ones to do the work. Carrie was fantastic – she kept me updated every step of the way, and she’s truly a professional. The whole team – Randy, Bill, John, Pedro, and Tim – were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable with the process. And they were incredibly thorough with the cleanup afterward.   Overall, we were really pleased with Northeast Home Energy. The team we had working on our house was incredibly knowledgeable and professional – they answered all of our questions thoroughly. Tom and Brad were absolutely amazing – they completed the installation of 27 windows in our 1845 farmhouse in just two days, and left the whole place spotless. They were also incredibly efficient – they managed to schedule the work faster than anticipated, and the crew worked tirelessly to complete the job in a single day. The installation crew was also outstanding – punctual, incredibly clean, and the quality of their work is just superb. We recently had them do our insulation through the Masssave program, and they were just as professional and thorough. Most recently, they installed new basement windows, which have already made a huge difference in keeping our basement warm.   Northeast Home and Energy, and especially Mike Goldstein, did an absolutely fantastic job with our new roof. From the very beginning, Mike was incredibly helpful and responsive, explaining everything clearly and keeping us informed. We ran into a couple of unexpected issues during the installation, but Mike and his team handled them with such professionalism and speed – we were really impressed. The installers themselves were efficient, hardworking, and left our property cleaner than it was before they started!   “Northeast did an absolutely fantastic job insulating our attic. They tackled our exposed pipes, which were a real concern with the freezing temperatures we’ve been having, and completely revamped the insulation. I really appreciated how responsive they were and how they worked closely with Mass Save to get us scheduled as soon as possible. We haven’t had any frozen pipes since they finished the work, which is a huge relief – especially with all the cold nights lately!
