  “Nick from Farrell Homes was fantastic to work with. My wife and I initially approached him in 2017 with plans to build on family property, but unfortunately, some unexpected problems arose. Despite that, Nick really went above and beyond to help us find a great lot that met our needs. We were thrilled to move into our custom colonial in June 2018, and while we did encounter a few minor issues as is typical with new homes, Nick quickly and efficiently took care of everything we brought to his attention.   Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this company. We had everything in place – cleared land, a functioning well (with tested water), and power already connected to the road. We were looking to build a small ranch and had a budget of around $260,000. However, they refused to even schedule a consultation with us to discuss our options, claiming we were out of their price range. We ended up going elsewhere and found a different company who could complete the project for approximately $200,000. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience. report abuse
