Marcus did a really thorough job with the home assessment – it took about three hours, but it was definitely worth it. He was so knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and we identified a lot of issues that need to be addressed. I was really pleased with the service.

“I was really impressed with this company – they were incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. Niko, our customer service representative, was fantastic – professional, polite, and clearly knowledgeable about the product. It was great to work with someone who truly understood what they were selling.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “Overall, this was a really frustrating experience. We were originally scheduled for an 8am assessment, but no one showed up, and it took a significant amount of time to reschedule. While Nico himself was excellent during the assessment itself, the follow-up was a complete mess. After the reschedule, communication completely broke down – unanswered emails and phone calls, and eventually no contact at all. It took a month to finally get an appointment scheduled, and I ended up signing documents I’d already provided. It was incredibly inconvenient, especially with a young child to coordinate around. While Nico was great, the lack of communication and organization from the company was unacceptable.”

Overall, the assessment went really well. The gentleman was very helpful and offered some valuable feedback that I can definitely use to improve my equipment and other aspects of my work.

“I was really pleased with American Installations – they’re a great company to work with. The communication was clear throughout the whole process, and the crew did a fantastic job insulating and making the necessary upgrades to improve the energy efficiency of our home. I’d definitely recommend them.”

Eddy was fantastic – he really went above and beyond. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way, and during the inspection, he was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing some really smart ideas about energy-efficient upgrades. He clearly explained the different options available and why they would be beneficial for our house. Best of all, he tailored a plan to address some issues left by the previous owner, including adding insulation and sealing up the basement – and he did it all at no cost to us! Based on our budget, he was able to create a practical and effective solution. I wholeheartedly recommend Eddy and his company – they're a great way to save money on energy costs.

Garrett did a fantastic job with the energy assessment – it was really helpful, and I’m so pleased he was able to get the process started for getting my attic sorted out.
-
Eddie Perez did a fantastic job with my Mass Save visit yesterday. He was incredibly courteous and clearly very knowledgeable about all the options available. He thoroughly assessed my home – looking at the insulation, wiring, and heating system – and offered some great suggestions for upgrades that could really save me money in the long run. He even installed a new thermostat and provided a free power strip! I would absolutely recommend Eddie’s services to anyone looking to improve their home’s energy efficiency.

“Overall, I was really pleased with the service today. Nick was fantastic – incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I’d definitely recommend him. Similarly, the insulation workers did a fantastic job; they were respectful, efficient, and took great care to clean up after themselves. They were also very approachable and explained their work clearly.”
