She really took the time to understand my vision and what I was hoping to achieve, and she completely transformed my house – taking a dated 90s space and turning it into a beautiful and comfortable haven.   “I was really excited to potentially work with Mallory – she seemed so friendly and helpful during our first conversation, and she promised her assistant would reach out to set up a tour. However, I ended up waiting for about a week without hearing anything, and had to follow up twice to get a response. It felt like I was constantly chasing her down to get things moving. After weeks of this, we finally managed to schedule an initial consultation, and honestly, it felt like I was pushing to get her attention. Then, just before our meeting, another assistant contacted me to cancel because Mallory was sick. I’d been really looking forward to this, had made arrangements and planned everything out, and I’m just so disappointed and bummed that it didn't happen.” report abuse

  Mallory was absolutely fantastic to work with! She really took the time to understand our space and our vision for the great room, coming up with several different layout ideas that addressed all of our concerns. She was so thoughtful, presenting us with a range of design options for every piece of furniture and artwork, and she was incredibly patient as we went through the fabric selections. After the furniture arrived, she even helped us with the final decorating touches – the result is truly stunning!
