  I’m incredibly disappointed with the work Jon Turnquist and his team did on my property. They were contracted to install a sidewalk with a small retaining wall and redo a section of my driveway, and frankly, the quality was unacceptable. The retaining wall was built crooked – noticeably off-center and shaped like a shallow “v,” and the finishing was completely shoddy; they just haphazardly filled the gaps with a tiny amount of cement, leaving it uneven and unfinished. On top of that, they left a mess of scrapes and marks on my driveway, likely from laying their tools on the wet concrete. I brought these issues to their attention multiple times, but instead of correcting the problems, they offered me a payment. The entire job looks unprofessional and poorly executed. As a chemical company discharging directly into a sensitive river, we relied heavily on their expertise, and they consistently delivered. They were always prompt with reporting to the state, and over the past several years, we’ve only experienced a small number of minor permit exceedances – issues that weren’t due to their operational skills.” report abuse
