Corey did a fantastic job assessing our foundation after we were worried about some settling. He was incredibly professional and kept us fully informed throughout the process, and he was always punctual. He really took the time to understand our specific concerns and performed a really thorough evaluation. Thankfully, he determined that no immediate repairs were needed, but he explained everything clearly and gave us a great overview of how foundations work. I especially appreciated his honesty – he didn't try to push any unnecessary services on us. It’s refreshing to work with someone so genuine, and I’d definitely recommend Corey if we ever have any foundation issues in the future.”

I would strongly advise against using this contractor group. I had a really negative experience when they installed flooring in my commercial building back in 2017. The quality of the work was simply unacceptable and shouldn’t have been suitable for our needs. But the problems went far beyond the initial installation – the customer service has been shockingly poor. I’ve repeatedly tried to get them to address the issues and get a repair done, but I’ve been constantly bounced around to different “division managers,” and it’s incredibly difficult to even reach anyone. It feels like they don’t value working with smaller businesses, and frankly, it’s baffling why they’d take on a job if they couldn’t provide basic repair service. The constant missed calls and empty promises have been incredibly frustrating, and it’s the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re trying to save money. It’s significantly more expensive, and the quality is really poor – a complete waste of your money.
