Honestly, this truck stop is a nightmare for drivers. There’s absolutely no room to maneuver, the side streets are packed with cars, and it’s just not a safe place for a semi-truck to be.”

Overall, Pioneer did a fantastic job building much of our city, and I really appreciate their work. However, I’ve been experiencing some ongoing issues with the building I live in. It seems like the construction was a bit rushed, and a few small things were missed. Specifically, my yard is constantly getting flooded with mud during even a light rain – the gutters aren’t draining properly, and it’s creating a huge mess on the sidewalk. The kids can’t play out there, and it’s really a nuisance tracking mud into my home. I just wish someone would take a look at this and fix it. Also, my shower has incredibly low water pressure, and I’ve checked the valve, but it seems sealed behind the drywall. I’m hoping someone can address these problems soon.

I had a really frustrating experience calling this company on February 14th. I explained my needs to the representative, and he immediately started asking about my budget. I told him I was getting quotes from several other contractors and didn’t have a specific price range in mind. He responded by saying I didn't need his company and just hung up. I’d advise others to be aware of this kind of abrupt and dismissive service.
