  “The technician arrived on time, but unfortunately, the appointment was a real letdown. Our garage door was having issues with a broken spring on our older torque master system, and the tech seemed completely uninterested in actually diagnosing or repairing the problem. He immediately started pushing us to buy a new, $800 opener. We’d mentioned when we scheduled the appointment that they carried parts and could fix it, but he dismissed our concerns and basically brushed us off.   “Overall, the technician did a solid job repairing my door and was very friendly. However, I was really taken aback by the extremely high markup on the replacement parts. They also tried to aggressively push me towards a monthly service program, and then attempted to convince me to replace perfectly good parts for over $3,000 – which, thankfully, I resisted. It felt like they were trying to upsell me unnecessarily, and I've read similar comments from other customers about this approach.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the whole experience. The service was quick and the team were incredibly friendly and accommodating – they even managed to squeeze me in for the garage door installation sooner than originally planned. They were both really polite and professional, and I thought the price was great for the quality of the new door.   Alex did a really great job! He arrived on time and quickly took care of the initial problem. He also proactively suggested a repair to avoid future issues, which I appreciated. I went with the repair option, and it’s fantastic – the garage door is working perfectly now. I’d definitely recommend him. report abuse

  Mike was fantastic – really professional from the start. He called ahead, arrived on time, and immediately got to work, showing he knew exactly what needed to be done. He gave a clear estimate and worked really efficiently and hard, finishing the job quickly and doing a great job overall. It was a pleasure working with him, and I’d absolutely give him a five-star rating. I just haven’t received the bill yet. report abuse

  Honestly, the tech did a solid job fixing our garage door, but I can’t recommend this company. They were incredibly pushy and, frankly, felt really predatory. It’s eerily similar to the experience I had with Service Professor. They quoted us prices that were far too high – like 2 or 3 times what they should have been – and tried to sell us a bunch of extra parts we didn’t need. They even made us sign a liability waiver just because we weren't interested in their extra recommendations, which were double the original cost! It was incredibly frustrating, and I felt completely dismissed when I said I’d get other quotes. Looking back, I regret choosing the first company with good reviews; it definitely wasn’t a good experience. report abuse
