“I couldn’t be happier with the work Jerry and his team did building a storage garage at our cabin. As a real estate developer and contractor myself with 50 years of experience in construction, I know quality when I see it – and this was exceptional. They stuck to the agreed-upon quote perfectly and finished ahead of schedule. We didn’t have a single issue to address, which is a testament to their skill and attention to detail. I’m really disappointed with the lack of response I received regarding a leaking flashing around my chimney. I initially contacted Morton in Spring 2018, but never heard back. I followed up in Spring 2019, hoping to get the issue addressed, but the person I spoke with was unavailable and I still didn’t receive a call. While the leak isn’t severe, I’d really appreciated a simple phone call to let me know if they could take care of it – or even to suggest another company that could. It feels like my request was simply ignored, and I wish Morton had taken the time to acknowledge my concern.
