I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. A veteran client contacted me about getting an estimate for a walk-in shower, and the contractor came out, promising an estimate within two days. It’s now been two weeks, and despite repeated calls from him, they haven’t provided an estimate or even gotten back to him. To treat a veteran this way, especially given the VA’s requirements for payment assistance, is completely unacceptable. I won’t be recommending this business to anyone.

Butch has been absolutely fantastic! He’s completely revamped the plumbing in two cabins, installed new water heaters, tackled all the leaks, and winterized everything perfectly. Plus, he’s always available to lend a hand – whether it’s a plumbing emergency or a complicated problem, he’s a true expert and a really kind and professional guy. We wholeheartedly recommend him!
