  I used Land Survey Co recently to help perform a lot split and then again to stake out a new build. They have always been fast, professional and knowledgeable about how KCMO city planning works. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend. report abuse

  Was able to call about my land survey done in 93 and found them super helpful to answer questions. They took the time to speak to my questions as well as realized that since I had an urgent need and they were booked up with appointments found another land surveyor that could help sooner. I thought that was super professional of them. I spoke with Katelyn who was very helpful. report abuse

  Woman gave me a phone quote of $1,000 to do a lot line survey in an established subdivision w/houses all built w/in last 15 years. Yikes! These are not huge estate lots and are already marked in the concrete at the street. Just needed back corners marked for fencing and landscaping. report abuse
