“The driver, identified as T517, exhibited extremely unsafe driving behavior while operating a truck on I-68. He was driving erratically, speeding and slowing down unsafely around curves and hills, putting himself and other drivers at serious risk. This behavior was completely unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for safety.”
