  We were absolutely thrilled with Paquin’s work building our new home – they truly lived up to the high recommendation we received. From the very beginning, Adam Goertemiller, the general manager, really impressed us with his genuine interest in our vision and how he took the time to fully understand exactly what we wanted. It was clear he was dedicated to ensuring everything aligned with our expectations. Meeting with owner Brent Paquin and his team was a really positive experience; it was great to have the opportunity to connect with the owner, something we didn’t get to do with some of the other builders. The whole team – including Tim Shoemaker, our construction superintendent, Phil Greenwood, and Jess Johnson and Gabe Stockhausen – were incredibly professional, friendly, and committed to quality. We were particularly impressed with how clean the job site was throughout the entire process and how responsive everyone was to our questions and concerns. They handled everything from the delivery schedule to change orders with patience and efficiency. Honestly, our experience with Paquin was outstanding, and it’s easy to see why they’re so well-regarded. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone building a custom or spec home. report abuse

  Working with Brent Paquin Design Build was an absolutely fantastic experience. We hired them back in the spring of 2017 to build our dream home on a property in St. Michaels, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From the very beginning, Brent and his team were incredibly responsive and skillfully tailored one of their existing designs to perfectly match our vision. By December of the following year, we had a stunning waterfront home that’s everything we’d hoped for. Everyone involved – from Cliff Dauer and the entire construction crew to the front office staff and all of Brent’s subcontractors – was professional, hardworking, and exceptionally skilled.
