  This was an incredibly frustrating experience. My client paid for a full month of lift rental, but we faced a constant stream of problems that severely hampered our progress. The lift itself had significant issues – faulty sensors causing it to malfunction, repeatedly indicating an overweight bucket despite the fact it wasn't, and a faulty outlet requiring us to use extension cords. We spent over two weeks troubleshooting with a damaged lift, and then, after it was finally repaired, it was simply taken back without any communication. They then claimed it was already rented to someone else, despite our payment and the ongoing issues. It felt like we were renting a broken machine with serious safety concerns. The lack of communication and the company's inability to even properly service their own equipment was unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company – it was a truly unpleasant and unproductive experience. report abuse

  It’s really frustrating that they’ve left that equipment on our property for two months now, and they haven’t been responsive at all when we’ve asked them to retrieve it. report abuse

  Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. We rented a brushcutter and they essentially gave us a broken piece of equipment. They charged a premium price and, to make matters worse, the tire was already flat – and they hadn’t bothered to properly seal it before loading it onto a trailer. It ended up going flat three times before we could even get it working, the rubber was crumbling, and it was clear there was a previous leak that hadn’t been fixed. We only got about three hours of use out of it. We explained the situation politely when we returned it on Sunday and requested a 50% refund, which we felt was justified. They said they’d pass it on to a manager, but nothing happened. We called back the next day and it was just a promise. We received our statement and, unsurprisingly, didn’t get a refund. I really wouldn't recommend renting from this place – they clearly don’t take proper care of their equipment, and I definitely won’t be going back. You’d be better off finding another rental company that performs a proper inspection before handing you something over. report abuse
