  Honestly, they were really responsive at the start and got the quote process rolling smoothly. However, things completely fell apart after that – they just disappeared and haven’t been in touch since. I’m really disappointed with the lack of follow-up. report abuse

  “The siding material itself looked really good, but unfortunately the service was a letdown. I was surprised to find they charge for digital mockups – or ‘renderings’ – of the colors to help me visualize it on my house. They’re $75 each, and you have to pay after the first two. Honestly, it felt a bit frustrating considering the amount of money I was investing in the siding; I expected a more collaborative process to ensure I was happy with the final look.” report abuse
