  Thompson Homes truly impressed me. They built two Showcase Homes for me, ranging from 4,400 to 1,800 square feet, and consistently delivered 100% quality in both. Joe and Paige are fantastic – they’re incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to their work.   We absolutely love our new home, which Thompson Homes built for us. We’ve only been in for about two months, and we couldn't be happier! Paige did an incredible job – she really maximized every bit of space and chose beautiful finishes throughout. It’s filled with thoughtful details, like the pocket doors with enough framing to hang artwork, which is a surprisingly nice touch. And the kitchen pantry, which could have been tiny, is huge! We’re especially thrilled with the leathered granite countertops – they’re fantastic. The closets are plentiful and have fantastic organizer shelving, and everything from the cabinetry to the fixtures is top-notch. Plus, the mechanicals, insulation, and windows are solid and energy-efficient. Honestly, we’re so pleased with our investment in a Thompson Home; it’s truly our forever home. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work Thompson Homes did on our house. They completely replaced all our windows and exterior doors, and they also tackled some significant changes to our garage – moving the service door, adding new windows, and enlarging the overhead doors. They coordinated well with the siding and stonework sub-contractor, ensuring everything was done professionally. It was particularly helpful that they allowed my husband to get involved in certain parts of the project, which really helped us manage the budget effectively. report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. From the start, the quality of their work seemed questionable, and we ran into a lot of issues when trying to get warranty repairs handled. It felt like they were deliberately trying to avoid responsibility and hide information to take advantage of us. I wouldn't recommend them at all. report abuse
