  “I recently had J&J remodel my four-season room, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’d had a leak develop around the fireplace after a few years, and J&J responded quickly. Ryan Boss, their sales consultant, thoroughly investigated the issue – he discovered the metal cap was damaged and needed replacing. They took care of everything, completely removing the water-damaged areas and replacing the cap. Dan Cwiklinski, the project manager, kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring the job was done efficiently and on time.   “I was so pleased with the entire experience – RainDrop really delivered! From the start, Eric was fantastic, and then Dave and Jacob took care of the roof and siding respectively. Both had incredibly skilled crews who were efficient, knowledgeable, and really friendly. They kept me perfectly informed throughout the whole process, which was a huge relief – I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past who didn’t communicate at all. My house looks fantastic, and it’s clear they did a top-notch job dealing with the hail damage and installing the RainDrop gutter guards. Jacob Ferguson, their project manager, was equally impressive, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire process – from start dates to any unexpected delays, and he was consistently on-site. They also highlighted the great teamwork between Jacob and Dave Bartz, the roof manager, who were both incredibly friendly and patient.   J&J Contractors did an absolutely fantastic job renovating the Pavilion at Grant Park. Chris Kelley, Josh Leach, and Joey Leach were particularly skilled and meticulous, expertly replacing the roof, repairing the fascia, installing new gutters, and painting the entire structure to a truly high standard. Despite a challenging deadline for the May opening and some difficult weather, Jason Cyborowski went above and beyond to get the job done on time.
