I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was really disappointing. The employee I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I explained that the carpet cleaner we rented wasn't working, he immediately accused me of damaging it, without even attempting to troubleshoot the issue himself. Honestly, the level of customer service was appalling – it was the worst I’ve ever received. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place.

“We rented a hand truck to move a heavy item out of the apartment and up a short flight of stairs. Unfortunately, when we were putting it into the back of the SUV, the wheel detached – it seems a cotter pin came loose during installation and was lost. Thankfully, a staff member at the rental location was able to help us get the item moved after we dropped it off.”
