  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. They struggled to complete projects, often missing deadlines and leaving work unfinished. We also had significant issues with the quality of the pool and deck construction, and some of the landscaping was damaged during the process. Because of all these problems, I wouldn’t recommend them. report abuse

  Overall, we’re really happy with our new pool and Masten did a great job. We got quotes from several companies and their price was definitely the most competitive. They were also able to get us scheduled to start the installation sooner than the others. There were a few communication hiccups along the way, but they were quickly addressed and resolved. We were able to watch the installation process and the installers were fantastic – friendly and really explained everything they were doing, which made us feel comfortable throughout the whole thing. We’re really looking forward to enjoying our pool for many years to come! report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience – it’s honestly the worst I’ve ever had. I had my pool installed over 15 years ago, and the issues continue to upset me to this day. There were so many mistakes: the swim-out was incorrectly built, the slide steps were built into the grass and wouldn’t work, the concrete color was completely off from what I’d chosen, and the cover tie-downs were badly placed. Throughout the entire process, we argued constantly about the agreed-upon price, and they seemed to overlook important cost details. If you’re considering hiring them, I strongly advise you to have someone on-site for every step and to be extremely vigilant – don’t let them cut corners.” report abuse
